Many of our riders are older adults or people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to use this website.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Large text, strong color contrast and big buttons that are easy to tap.
- Every page and form works with a keyboard, and has a “skip to main content” link.
- Form fields have clear labels, and errors are explained in words, not color alone.
- Images have text descriptions.
- No puzzles or timed challenges to prove you are human.
- We test each page with automated accessibility checks and by hand.
